Last night I was ironing Izzy's new uniform, and noticed eight pleats in the garment. Carefully ironing them to razor creases, I reminisced fondly of the primary uniform; no pleats, collar doesn't need ironing, and some versions don't even have sleeves.
Once in bed I did some maths. Assuming I did it myself, eight pleats per day, four times a week (one day is sports uniform), forty weeks per year, five years of secondary studies, and two girls by my calculations give me 12,800 pleats to iron.
I might just iron them out, eh?
